Quick answers
Can't log in?
Try resetting your password. If you've not verified your
email yet, use the resend link on the login screen.
Need to update your card or cancel?
Sign in and head to Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal —
you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Want your data out?
You can export your customer list to CSV at any time from the Customers page. If you'd like a full
account download or deletion, email us and we'll sort it within a few days.
Found a bug or something looks wrong?
Drop us a line with what you were doing and what happened — a screenshot helps a lot. We
usually push fixes the same week.
Got a feature idea?
We genuinely want to hear it. The roadmap is shaped by the cleaners actually using the app.
